摘要:家庭教育存在城乡差异不仅有悖于个人教育公平,也容易造成家庭教育领域的'代际传递'与'阶层固化'问题,需要进行关注。从社会心理学的相关理论看,家庭资本影响家庭教育的中介作用机制在于家长为子女设置适宜的目标,在实现过程中对子女的观察学习进行引导与控制,最后通过强化的方式对子女行为进行塑造。四种家庭资本对城乡家庭教育的影响就是通过这一中介作用机制完成的。缩小城乡家庭教育差异的有效途径在于构建一个由政府、学校、社区、群团组织和教育公益组织等多主体组成的农村地区家庭教育社会支持体系,以弥补农村家庭资本的不足,其中,政府可提供经济资助和优化外部文化环境,学校可借助家长学校加强家庭教育指导和家校沟通,社区、群团组织和教育公益组织等社会力量可发挥各自优势,通过加强家庭教育咨询、宣传、指导和服务等方式提供特色支持。Difference of family education between urban and rural areas not only goes against the inpidual equity of education,but also easily causes such problems as'intergenerational transmission'and'class solidification'in the field of family education,which is a serious issue that deserves attention. From the perspective of related theories of social psychology,family capital plays a mediating role in influencing the family education,which means that parents should set appropriate goals for their children,guide and control their children’s observational learning in the process of realization,and finally shape their children’s behaviour through reinforcement. The influence of four kinds of family capitals on urban-rural family education just works through this mechanism. The effective way to narrow the urban and rural differencesin family education is to construct arural social support system made up of the government,schools,communities,organizations and educatio,nal public interest organizations. The social support system can make up for the insufficiency of rural family capital,in which the government provides financial aids and optimizes the external cultural environment and schools strengthen the guidance of family education and family-school communication through parents school. Such social forces as communities,mass organizations and non-profit educational organizations can give full play to their respective advantages and provide characteristic support by strengthening the family education consultation,publicity,guidance and service.
