摘要：突如其来的新冠肺炎疫情打乱了正常的教学秩序,在"停课不停学"背景下,在线教育作为新型的教育方式面临前所未有的机遇,但同时也带来巨大的挑战:不同地区和学校之间网络环境和硬件设备存在严重的"苦乐不均";教师信息技术水平和应变能力"心有余而力不足";在线教育对课程资源和平台面临"无米下锅"的境地;居家在线学习家长学生和学校"各吹各调";家长学生个性化、优质化在线教育需求强烈但"众口难调";农村小规模学校和城市低阶层子女在线教育面临"巧妇难为无米之炊"的困境。为此,特提出优化网络环境和硬件设备、整合优质在线教育资源和管理平台、健全在线教育法律制度和监管机制等应对策略。The sudden outbreak of the novel coronavirus(2019-nCoV) has disrupted the normal teaching order. Under the background of "suspension of classes and non-stop learning," online teaching, as a new way of education, faces unprecedented opportunities, but at the same time, it also brings great challenges. There is a serious inequality in the network environment and hardware equipment between different regions and schools. Teachers’ competence in information technology and ability to cope with emergencies are less than what they should be. Schools and teachers still "have no rice for the pot" despite multitudes of online curriculum resources and platforms. Parent, student and school, each does things in his own ways in home online learning. There is a strong demand for personalized and high-quality online education for parents and students, but it is difficult to cater for all tastes. Children from small-scale schools in rural areas and low-class children in urban areas have no access to online education for lack of necessary means. It is thus proposed to optimize the network environment and hardware devices, integrate high-quality online education resources and management platforms, and improve online education legal system and supervision mechanism.
